For Canadian Citizenship, we will need to see the request letter as it provides the information such as application number and where to send your fingerprint result directly to.

When you come for your appointment, please have 2 IDs ready as we will need to check it and double check the reason for your fingerprints.
Then we will proceed to upload your information to our system, you will be ask to double every information before we submit it. This is to ensure everything is correct and reduce any risk of delaying your result.
