ACCREDITATION & OPERATING STANDARDS

• Frontier One is an RCMP-accredited Direct Connect Fingerprinting Agency, authorized to electronically capture and submit fingerprints directly to the Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for civil criminal record check purposes.
• To obtain RCMP accreditation, Frontier One successfully completed a rigorous evaluation covering personnel security, physical security, information security, and operational standards established by the RCMP.
• Clients can verify Frontier One’s accreditation by consulting the official RCMP list of accredited private fingerprinting companies.

Please note: FFrontier One is only authorized to capture and submit fingerprints to the RCMP. The processing of applications and the searching of criminal records are carried out entirely by the RCMP, and Frontier One does not have access to the RCMP’s criminal record database.

TECHNOLOGY & SOFTWARE CERTIFICATIONS

Frontier One uses the FOQUS system to capture electronic fingerprints and transmit data directly to the RCMP without any intermediary. The system meets standards for:

• Electronic fingerprint capture
• Secure data transmission
• Direct electronic submission of applications
• Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data

FOQUS is developed by Frontier One and certified by both the RCMP and the FBI for the technology and software used in electronic fingerprint processing. These certifications and approvals are granted only after the system fully meets strict standards for security, accuracy, and quality in capturing, processing, and transmitting application data.
